Ohio Valley Premier League (OVPL)

The seventh new club to commit to playing in the 2021 season of the Ohio Valley Premier League (OVPL), part of US Soccer, is the Highlanders FC. Based in Wheeling, West Virginia, the Highlanders are a newly established club aiming to bring high-level amateur soccer into the northern panhandle of the state.

This club is aimed at providing a competitive program for college-aged athletes.

OVPL league games are played in West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky.

The Highlanders will be the first-ever club in Wheeling that is US Open Cup eligible.

The Highlander’s 2021 season kicks off the week of June 11, 2021 !!!
